MASTER KINGS CROSSING HOA HOMEOWNER DUES
Annual Master HOA dues statements are delivered each December via email and USPS mail by our management company.
Our management company bills Master HOA homeowners individually for dues.
Our management company bills Garden Court HOA and The Domain HOA for lump sum Master HOA dues payments.
Garden Court residents also receive invoices for their separate Sub-HOA dues from their own management company (currently Spectrum AM).
Domain residents also receive invoices for their separate Sub-HOA dues from their own management company (currently Symmetry Commercial Management).
Master HOA Dues for 2024 and 2025 are $366.00.
Late fees apply if paid after March 31.
All checks and money orders must be made payable to "Master Kings Crossing HOA". Include your street address on the check or money order FOR line. Checks or money orders made payable to any other payee will not be accepted.
You can pay your dues online through a payment portal (portal information is located here) or you can pay in-person or by mail (in-person delivery address and mailing information is located here).
