For Kings Crossing Home Buyers
We invite you to review the Documents section of this website which provides information about HOA bylaws and deed restrictions which apply to your property. The HOA operates as an approved and documented Texas corporation and is empowered under Texas state HOA statutes to enforce its bylaws and deed restrictions.
For Kings Crossing Home Sellers
Sellers are reminded that they need a signed home resale certificate on file with HOA management before their property sale transaction can be completed. This certificate warrants that your HOA resident dues payments are current and that you have no outstanding property violations which are in contravention of HOA deed restrictions.
If there are any deed restriction violations on record for your property, we suggest that you repair them and then clear them with Pacesetter Steel Management before applying for a resale certificate, as the violations will be entered onto the certificate as part of an inspection and record review. Existing violations will automatically force delays for your real estate property closing.
You can view or print a copy of the resale certificate form here: resale certificate form.
You can order a resale certificate here: order resale certificate.
