For Kings Crossing Home Buyers
We invite you to review the Documents section of this website which provides information about HOA bylaws and deed restrictions which apply to your prospective property. The HOA operates as an approved and documented Texas corporation and is empowered under Texas state HOA statutes to enforce its bylaws and deed restrictions. Buyers are encouraged to obtain and review Resale Certificate and subdivision information to verify the HOA dues amount, any outstanding violations related to the property of interest, and other important information.
For Kings Crossing Home Sellers
A current Resale Certificate and other subdivision information will likely be requested or may be required for the completion of your sale. This document confirms the status of your property's HOA dues account and that there are no outstanding violations in relation to the HOA deed restrictions.
If there are any deed restriction violations on-record for your property, we recommend that you address or repair them and then clear them with Symmetry Commercial Management before ordering the Resale Certificate as the violations will be noted on the certificate. Existing violations may force delays for your real estate property closing.
You can view or print a copy of the resale certificate form here: resale certificate form.

For owners of HOA property who do not personally reside within our HOA boundaries, we remind that you are responsible for providing your contact information to the Association (via Symmetry Commercial Management). Additionally, Landlords should be aware that they are ultimately responsible for ensuring that their Tenants are abiding by the rules of the Association. Tenants are welcome to contact Symmetry Commercial Management if they have any questions about living in Kings Crossing HOA.
